Cross Training For Backpacking Program

This introductory cross training program provides core, strengthening, and mobility work to stabilize your body as well as optimize full range of movement. Cross-training supports backpacking by reducing imbalances and compensatory movements that can accumulate through sub-optimal conditioning or dependence on singular plane exercise. The movements are simple, but you should always consult with your doctor prior to engaging in any exercise program. These are offered as guidance and support only and are not intended to diagnose or treat any ailment. If anything doesn’t feel right in your body, you should not do it.
